Our final closeout process includes verifying the project requirements, resolving any issues that arose during construction, providing operation and maintenance manuals, training for systems installed in the project, as built surveys, punch list tracking and completion, and final site cleanup.

Whether in the interim stage or the final stage of completion, Iafrate Construction assures the project schedule is maintained. Substantial completion of stages or the entire project are key milestones in the closeout process. Iafrate Construction works diligently to maintain updated project financial records, including change orders and billings, permitting the quick close out of projects. The final financial reconciliation of a project is key to ensure a smooth transition from construction to occupancy and use.

Upon final closeout, a typical project would include the following:

Efficient project cleanup and equipment demobilization
Providing any operating and maintenance manuals.
Training of owner personnel on new equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Final closeout and release of all permits.
Securing and assembling all warranties and guarantees.
Assisting the owner in the enforcement of warranties and guarantees for work not self-performed.
Resolving all warranty issues prior to the conclusion of the warranty period
